Grade: Senior Officer/Principal Officer

 
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
Survey potential market to explore SME business opportunities. Analyze and inspect market accurately to increase business growth and establish good relationship between LankaBangla Finance Ltd. and potential customer as mediator. Justify the credit worthiness of potential borrowers. Achieve individual annual sales target and collection target Increase the sales volume of SME products. Ensure superior services by providing fastest possible SME loan.

Job Nature: Full-time
Requirements of Educational :
Graduate/Post Graduate from any reputed public/private University, preferably from business background

Job Requirements
Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in relevant field of Banking/Non-Banking Financial Institutions is required
Experience on Medium Segment Business will be considered as an added advantage
Knowledge on mortgage related documents is required
Well skilled in MS Office
Good command in oral and written communication skills (both English and Bengali)
