Job Description and Responsibilities:

Handle Customer queries & complaints meeting the service level standard and ensure first contact resolution in every possible case as well as effectively follow up and escalate the queries & complaints where needed.
Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

MBA/ BBA/ Masters/ Bachelor in Economics/ Business Studies/ Public Administration from recognized University.

CGPA: minimum 3.00 out of 4.0

Job Requirements:
Previous experience in call/ contact center environment is preferable, fresher are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills over English & Bengali.
Adequate computer skills.
Willing to work in any working-shifts (24X7)
