Job Context and feature:
We are looking for DGM Accounts & Finance of AJI GROUP, a leading Group of Companies in Bangladesh.
Job Description / Responsibility:
To ensure monthly wages/salary report and monthly lost profit statement. Develop and maintain financial accounting systems (Tally) for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, petty cash, inventory and assets management, inter-company transactions, fund management and ensure yearly income statement Ensure group expenses statement as well as. Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy. Manage the financial accounting and recording function, using the Accounting Software (Tally). Maintenance general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and other modules of the financial accounting and reporting system and oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor/ Master Degree in Accounting/ Finance with good academic records and certificates.
CA (Application level qualified) with 4 years practical experience.
Requirements of Experience: 10 to 14 year(s)
An applicant should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Commercial/Export-Import, Cash Management process.
An applicant should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile and Group of Companies.
Age Range: 35 to 45 year(s)

Job Requirements:
An applicant should have excellent writing and verbal communications skill over English and also assertive, self-starter, and must have excellent management capabilities along with analysis and judgment on organization issues.
Always been positive attitude & team spirit and willingness to work under pressure.
High skilled over the computer.
