Description / Responsibility

Checking
bills/ invoices from supplier, contractors or other vendors
·
Dealing
with bank for transactions & also follows up bank payments
·
Adjust
advance payments paid to Procurement dept. for material purchase or any other
staff
·
Operate
all kinds of Petty cash
·
Prepare
Bank reconciliation statement monthly & also accounts reconciliation
·
Deduct
Tax at source from vendors and deposit to Govt. treasury
·
Prepare
statement for vendor payments and also required budget
·
Prepare
Trial balance
·
Prepare
different financial report required by the organization
·
Process
all payments timely, writings and also disbursement
·
Follow
up store management
Educational
Requirements:
Master of Commerce Major in
Accounting (3rd Class is not Allowed in any Level)
